The tax in the Gross CAP cost is just the 10.5% tax that is collected upfront.
The other 9% tax is applied to the payment, and collected monthly.
So, do the calculation using their number, then multiply the payment by 1.09.

The picture isn't clear enough for me to see all of the numbers.

However, I'm hearing this maybe incorrect and instead $1500 lease cash.

We only have Southern and Western regional programs, this month.
They both show $2000 lease cash
Western Region has $750 loyalty, Southern has $500.

We show $2000 lease cash for the Western Region.
Residuals are locked in for the quarter, but the rest of the lease program expires on 07/31, that is true.

Don't have the details on the Lexus MSD program. Seems like it might be .00008 X 9 deposits, but that memory is sort of foggy.

This is a bad deal IMO. People are getting 10-13% off MSRP in CA for this vehicle (on the more expensive packages).

Your calculations look pretty good.

But, if you negotiated an OTD purchase that includes tax, you don't want to use that number to calculate the lease. CA taxes the monthly payment on a lease, so the tax portion of an OTD purchase number wouldn't apply.

With the prices you've supplied, I get $514/mo, assuming all taxes and fees are paid when the contract is signed.

Be advised, VA taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease.

I'm looking into leasing a RX 350 F sport FWD in Florida.

MSRP $52,679.
Selling the price $49,851.
The tag/registration, dealer service fee, and electronic filing come out to $1384.
I would like a 36 mo/12k miles lease.
With $2000 lease rebate, the price they gave was:
- 5000 down, $541/month
- 7500 down, $465/month
- 10000 down, $389/month

They said MF .00100 and 59% residual. 
Is that the current MF and residual? If so, the monthly lease price seemed too high. Would appreciate anyone's input on this. Thanks.

MF is marked up.

$5000 down is way too much on a lease - you really only want to pay first payment and DMV/Registration costs. Add the dealer and acquisition fees into the lease, and ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost.

Ask is, your prices give me a payment of $586/mo, plus tax.

That quote is so bad on so many levels.
