Hi. I was wondering what the numbers would be for both the Golf S A/T and Wolfsburg A/T two-year 10k/yr leases in Northern California. (800+ fico) Thanks!

Thanks Michaell. Looking at Sickguy26's 24mo 12k/yr lease above, he appears to have a residual of almost 80%, unless my math is wrong. (cap cost of 20,135.96 vs residual of 16,023.05)

Is the residual negotiable with the dealer? Or, is the 12K for the full 24 mos, not per year?

Residual is a percentage of MSRP, not the CAP cost.

Many thanks! and yes it's for the 2016. If I understand well, from the MSRP I have to negotiate a dealer discount that apparently is around $6.8K for the SEL so the cap cost will be MSRP - dealer discount (~$6.8K) - $10.7K. is that right?

Not sure of the money factor, but it seems it varies by trim.
$8500 incentive on the lease.
