12% is an average discount from sticker for a demo unit - you should target 15% off and see what they say.

Well, they aren't marking up the money factor..
It's not a bad deal. Depends on if you believe them: "dealer says best can do "

I'm interested in a 2018 540i demo with 3800 miles that's available for lease in Miami. Here is the offer they have posted on their website for the very car I'm interested in and have already test drove (see below). I need a lease with 15k miles/36 months. What should I expect to pay per month? Earlier in this forum someone had said 750$ per month with first month payment at signing. Is that accurate?

Question for Michaell, I am a NJ resident on a budget but have been searching for bmw for quite some time now.

 Interested in one of two models, 2018 x3 M40i msrp between $55-$58k. Prefer model with 21 in wheels. 
Or 2018 530i xdrive with M package, msrp $55-$60k. 

I am a financail planner so I agree any money down on a lease is not the wise decision. That said interested in 36mo 10k lease. 

If if I wanted to pay first month and destination only and have a payment in the 5s, is that at all possible? To be honest, low 5s is my goal

Let's assume the MSRP is $57K for the 5-series

.00166 and 61% for 36/10

To get $525/mo, the cap cost would have to be around $48,500. Backing out taxes and fees from that number, and you're looking at $45K-ish as a selling price.

Not sure you can get 20% off a new BMW at this point in the year.

Can I interest you in a 3-series, perhaps?

At what point in the year would you say I have the best shot at my target low 5s payment? 

Also, X3 m40i would be my ideal choice but I do realize my payment needs may be unrealistic.

How do I go about getting a demo to lease? I am looking for a 2018 530i to lease. I am looking for a no money down deal with a payment as close to possible to $500/month.
I am also willing to pick up a car in Germany if that will be a cheaper option than a demo.
Finally, which credit bureau does BMW pull and what score is needed to be considered top tier?

Not likely that you'll get 530i for $500/mo, without a lot of money down.

To find demos, you'll have to search each dealer's website.

Before you ask for a reduced money factor, you have to know what MF they are using.
Isn't sales tax on a vehicle capped at $500 in SC?

Before you ask for a reduced money factor, you have to know what MF they are using.
Isn't sales tax on a vehicle capped at $500 in SC?

Was kind of over it and closed at 550.00 including tax.

Getting ready for some negotiation on behalf of my father. He's due to return his 2015 535i lease soon with only around 18k miles on it of the 30k he leased for. Does this give additional negotiation power for a new lease when working with the same salesman who negotiated the original lease? Would possibly like to customer order and thought maybe could get a better discount/MF given the situation.
