What is the $995 of aftermarkets? That and the doc fee are adding close to $50/mo to the payment.

Told me the increased upfront discount to account for these (uh huh).

According to Edmunds and other resources, this doc fee is standard for NV.

They have dropped it down to $355/mo at 12k miles/ 57% RV / MF .00001, with me paying 1st month's payment with cash.

Another dealer said they could do the same vehicle (less some of those aftermarkets above) for $350. Waiting on trade in value for my current vehicle, and both dealers' final best offers right now.

P.S. I also noticed this quote sheet had a higher rebate than what should be available for this trim in my area. You had previously told me lease cash and loyalty rebate would total $1790, so I think that $356 on their original quote is incorrect.

Other than DMV fees does it make sense to take anything else out of cap amount?  For instance would it be better to use the lease cash to reduce the selling price rather than apply it to make the first payment?

I did the deal as you suggested, paid $850 down to cover the first payment and the DMV – wound up at $333/ month with tax. Put a few miles on it tonight, an even better car than I remember from the test drives. I’m a very happy camper. Thanks for all your help.

I need as many of the lease metrics you can provide on a 2017 CX-5 GT no other options in PA for November. Also, is Mazda/Chase forcing 33 months and not offering 36 months at this time? For 36/12k I need MF, RV, MSRP, Acq Fees, any Lease Cash? Loyalty? Disp. fee. If 36mo in not available how about 33/12k? Thanks.

No info on loyalty.
There is a disposition fee, but we don't know the amount. Either way, it's paid at lease end.

Official Mazda website has $1,950 Customer Lease Support for my zip for Sport. But my local dealer offered me the same $1,950 plus $750 loyalty on Touring (even though the website states lease cash may not be combined with loyalty). What might be a trick?
