    How does the 3500 dealer market allowance differ from the 2500 lease bonus? Do they both work the same other than you get 1000 more off depending on the market you are purchasing in?

    It's just math - nothing a 5th grader couldn't figure out.

    Once you know all the numbers, it's pretty straightforward.

    How is the gross CAP larger than the MSRP, with so much out of pocket? Something seems out of place.

    MSRP is the number on the factory window sticker.

    Gross cap is the negotiated price.

    Net cap is the negotiated price, plus any taxes or fees you are not paying up front, less any down payment money.

    Ask the dealer for those numbers - or, better yet, a screen shot of the deal sheet, and we can go from there.

    The short answer is you would have to be literally insane to think this was a "fair price."

    You need to do a lot more research on leasing. I'd visit Leasehackr for questions related to whether this is a good deal or not and ways to guide you to get one. However, do know that the S4 lease horrendously. You'll save money leasing a $80k BMW 6-Series GT.
