    leasing confuses me and I appreciate your time and efforts here - thank you in advance 

    As some have already commented, this is horrible deal for a few reasons. The main one being Audis do not lease well. You need a bigger discount off the sale price, but being an S4 your dealer might not budge.

    Here is my $0.02, if you can afford close to a $1000/month on a lease, you should look at other luxury performance cars.

    I think you can do better on the discount; 6%, or more, should be possible on a leftover 2018.

    The numbers on the right are for a purchase - there is no mention of the $895 acquisition fee that is part of every lease.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost used for those payments.

    You should be aiming for at least a 10% discount. Have you reached out to other Audi dealers in your area? They are charging you nearly $400 for window tint. What a ripoff.

    If I were in your shoes, I would shop somewhere else.

    That said, what's the MSRP? Market value selling price (MVSP) is not MSRP, it's some made up number they use to try to trick you into thinking it's MSRP. Regardless your discount is weak. I'd aim for at least 12-15% (I got more than 17% but I'm in LA).


    And forcing on tint for $400? Do they sell Kia's at their sister store and use the same tactics? So much wrong with this quote. You can literally lease two base A4s in Los Angeles for the price of this one.
