Guessing either the MF has been marked up, or the cap cost is higher than the selling price.

MSRP $43,285
Sale price: $36,000 (I believe this is the adjusted cost).

They're quoting $2000 down and $444 a month. This looks really high because in July I got quoted $370 on a similar car with similar discount (but it was P+ instead).

EDIT: actually that quote is for 39 months 10K/year.

It is not the typical Premium, Premium Plus, Prestige.

This one is Tech ultra Premium Sedan. I think it's a special trim for summer sale. But it's basically P+ FWD Ultra equipment wise.

The residual on these cars has really dropped . I am on 2nd year lease on 2017 Prestige that had 54% (57% for P+ back then).

DMV is usually about 1.1% of MSRP, so the total of that and the first payment should be under $1000. I'd ask for a full breakdown of the $2000

Looking at an A4 Premium + Quattro Summer of Audi Edition. MSRP is $49,150. I got my credit app in before the SOA event ended, but was told if the numbers got better for September, I could take advantage of the better deal. What happened to the residual and MF, and from the previous posts, it looks like Audi added an additional $2500 to bring the total to $5000 instead of the $2500 plus first month free for Summer of Audi? If that is the case, the numbers should be much better now, correct? Thanks.

The sedan market is dead. You should aim for 15-17% off inclusive of the incentive. It's easier in a bigger city like LA, but totally attainable.
