Those are the 36/10 numbers; add 1% for 7.5K

Residual is fixed by the bank; dealer cannot alter it.

I’ll ask him for a break down but where is he hiding the extra $1000?  They are “making” the last 2 payments of our old lease $808 total.  That is not reflected in the numbers above.  So it appears we are actually making the last two in reality.
