    Can you tell me the difference between October and November for 2018 F-Pace R-Sport for 33,36,39 and 10,000 miles a year ? My dealer is telling me the price I negotiated in October is now $19 more per month because of changes in the program.

    Residuals are down 3% for 33/36 months and 1% for 39 months.
    Money factors are down, as well, but not enough to make up for the residual difference.

    I could see a $19/mo. difference on the 39 month term, but shorter terms would be a lot more.
    I'd suggest to them that they cut the price by $700 to give you the same payment.

    The 30t model. I was told they will get a few in early December, but if you order one today it won't be here until end of February. There are 2018 25t,35t, and S models available now.

    .00001 MF is the base number provided by Chase.
    If they are quoting .00101, the dealer is marking up the rate for extra profit.
    That's a massive markup. It would add an easy $90+/mo. to the payment.

    RSport 25t
    36/10: .00001 MF and 51% residual
    39/10: .00013 MF and 50% residual
    RSport 35t
    36/10: .00001 MF and 50% residual
    39/10: .00010 MF and 50% residual

    With those prices, I get $767/mo. I'm guessing there might be a bit of cap reduction in the $3995.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and that you understand why it's different from the quoted selling price.

    That is the correct money factor and residual
    Subtract 1% for 10K/yr
