Looking at a few F-Pace options. In San Antonio, Texas (zip: 78258). Do you have MF and RV for 36/10,000 and any dealer incentive or rebates for:

You can't look at RV in a vacuum.

The shortest term often has the highest RV, but the MF may also be high, which makes for a higher payment.

For Jaguar, 39 months is the preferred term, for December.

RSPT - .00001 and 45%; $3800

I have a down payment for the car in right now and waiting for the paperwork so I want to wait with all the details but mine is around the same msrp and I my monthly is $476 incl. tax with $1000 down.
They all say they loose money on the deal. So do you, it’s a depreciating asset:)

Dealers rarely make a deal where they aren't making money somewhere. Might not be on the specific transaction, but could be a volume bonus from Jaguar for meeting a sales target.

It's good to negotiate price first, but no point in hiding the fact you are leasing. Otherwise, you might get a price that is good for purchase only.

All trim/engine combinations vary slightly.

The current programs run through Wednesday.
No guesses on what happens after that, except the money factor can't go any lower.
It's also possible that at some point, leases won't be available on the 2018 model.

If it's me, I try to make my best deal today, and close it out by Wednesday.
