You want to skip the cap cost reduction, and add the acquisition fee into the monthly payment, as well.

And, you should be able to negotiate a better price than those quoted in the ads.

Sorry - I edited the post after the initial posting ... 36/10 and I am looking at either the 30T or 35T.  I am shopping around at different dealers and they are wildly different with their opening quotes ranging an advertised 550-600/mo to 850/mo for similar model/trim package and price.  I would like to arm myself a bit better when I sit down at the table.

Yes, it is a demo model. So I assume I'll need something to protect me from any wear and tear come end of lease. Do you think I can get them to bring down the cost or any fees that can be avoided?  

30,000 miles or 32,312 miles.... is negligible. I wouldn't buy wear and tear insurance. If that's the case, what are you saving by getting a loaner.

That's the other thing... I'd want a bigger discount than that on a loaner.. The mileage lowers the residual by $700, just for starters. That's where you can save money.. Lower selling price.

Why are the residual values so low on the F Pace? My Range Rover Sport has a residual of 60%. To lease a $62,000 F Pace is only about $50 less than my $83,000 Range Rover. The numbers just don’t make sense.

i noticed the same thing. Did you get your Range Rover sport at the very beginning of your model year? Models seem to crappy RVs towards the end of their model years b/c of the 2019 that are ready to come out. Just a thought. Possibly the moderator could confirm.

That's true for about every brand - as the model year progresses, the residual slowly drops.

But, the bank can adjust the MF and/or incentives to compensate, and keep the same payment, roughly.

Hello. New Here. Need some help. My wife and are looking at leasing a 2018 Jaguar f pace 25t r sport. MSRP $61,355. Sale price $53.995. $0 down 36 month lease. 5k Miles per year. What would residual n money factory be?  Northeast is location. NJ, DE, PA. What should I expect my monthly payment to be?  Another option is a 2018 e pace se.  Msrp of $54,811. Sale price of $51,800.  Same lease.  

Also, residual is based off msrp. Is the residual number subtracted from msrp or sale price?  Subtract residual from msrp or sale price then divide by lease length to get approximate monthly payment?
