    In New Jersey?

    Other than the money factor bump ($15/mo.), I don't see any issues at all.
    That's a pretty small bump, considering nothing extra added to the deal.
    If you are happy with the $4000 discount, it looks good.

    The fees are NJ DMV fees for the entire term, plus probably a $300-$400 dealer/doc fee
