I am going to sign paperwork on Friday for my F-Pace 25t R-Sport. Any idea when you will have December's rates ? I wanted to go Saturday morning but they told me the paperwork had to be dated on December 1st.

If we aren't lucky, it could be Monday before we have anything.

I'm confused by your pricing - ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is that they use for their $699/mo quote

And, they can't touch the residual - I'd get confirmation on the trim, term and mileage they are quoting.

I'm nowhere near that payment. If I calculate using $42,009 as the adjusted cap, I get $522/mo after tax.

MF is marked up, as you can see.

39 months is the best term.

Don't think they have MSDs.
Single payment leases usually result in a reduced money factor. No idea if Jaguar has this program, but it's likely.

You can structure the deal with as much, or as little, cash out of your pocket, as you want. Of course, less out of pocket means a higher payment.
