dealer mentioned a US bank program with sweet spot at 42/10. MF appears to be .00174 on that program. any idea what residual is there?

We do not have the US Bank numbers for Audi.

2500 down (lowest offered by them) - my math shows this includes 1st mo pmt, registration/doc, some tax, and probably another 1000 or so down/cash pmt

MSRP -62,235
Discounted price - 56,350 (apprx 9.5% off)
Monthly lease = $812/mo

He didnt give me MF/RV but my calc shows this as approx .002 and 57% (or possibly .0018 and 56%)

(My calcs above used the leasehckr calculator)

I get $745/mo.+tax, assuming the discounted price = adjusted CAP cost. That's not too far off your quote.

$2500 upfront? Don't forget the $895 acquisition fee.
DMV/doc, first payment and acquisition fee (+tax on acq.fee) would easily eat up your $2500.

3.99% APR up to 60 months.
4.49% APR for 61-72 months.

Most likely, your dealer is marking up the rate for extra revenue.

With $0 down the guy said my payments would be $1,124. He didn't give me any info on the MF or the residual. Can you let me know what they should be? Does that monthly payment seem right?

I'd be interested to know the MF and residual on the premium plus 3 yr 10k/12k/15k miles as well as what it would be for a Prestige.

The quote is terrible.
With the base MF, they would have to add $6500 in taxes/fees to get that price.
That tells me they are marking up the money factor for extra profit.

But, the lease program is pretty bad already. You won't find any steals/deals on this vehicle.

$1000 loyalty is all we see.

Subtract .00060 from the MF for single-pay lease, for 36 months
42 month leases are ineligible for single-pay

It turns out the MF was marked up way over .00201. I'm continuing to shop around. If I don't get a realistic quote by the end of the month I'm going to look for a car from a different manufacturer.
