Can someone look over my deal? 2018 Terrain Denali FWD on 36/10. They’re paying my 5 payments on my lease. They come up with $465 with first month plus $500 down. I know I can wait a few more months and won’t factor in the $2700 in remaining payments but I’ve never seen these deals.

You're better off waiting ... I don't suspect the deals will get worse in that time.

will you please itemize the $8900 rebates you are getting... i'm assuming Asian Competitive is included but not sure about the others.

regarding waiting - great deals on american cars are due to Asian Lease conquest, so if they're not available in 6 months, you might have to pay more. I would, keep the old car and rent in on Turo for 6 months then return it - here's a link that gives us both $25 credit https://turo.com/c/levond1

They lumped all the available rebates together. I know $3k was conquest lease cash. They wouldn’t go thru all of them, but I was really surprised to see $11k discount on this car. I will be praying they wanna make a deal before 3/31 to make a deal. Otherwise I’ll be waiting.

Can someone explain the incentives listed on Edmunds for the Terrain? I see the $4000 in total customer cash offers when I price a Terrain on GMC's website. My wife currently leases a 2015 CRV that we would be trading in. I see a $3000 Conquest Incentive for owners or lessees of a 1999 or newer competitor's vehicle and another $1500 for current lessees of a 2012 or newer competitors's vehicle. Would we qualify for both? Also limited term bonus cash of $2650. Is that only for 24 month leases, or would 36 month qualify as well?

It looks like GM is really going crazy with the incentives on the Terrain, especially for people who are coming from competitor's cars. The Terrain was no where near our shopping list when I first started looking, but at these prices, it would be hard to resist.
