$595 acquisition fee

The number you need from the dealer is the adjusted cap cost - this will be the selling price with the fees added in. And, ask the dealer for the full breakdown. If they don't want to be transparent, it may be time to find another dealer.

Thanks Michael.  Other than acquisition fee, what other reasoanable fees should be included?  For example, what should the doc fees and mv charges be? (Ballpark). Can all fees be rolled
into monthly?

Doc fees are dealer driven (and, occasionally, state capped).

MV registration fees are highly regional, and there is no way I'm able to keep up with them all.

We suggest you limit your up front cash to just the first payment and registration costs. Roll the taxes and fees into the selling price.

I get $328/mo.+tax, so looks good from a calculation standpoint.

Considering that your adjusted CAP has to have a $595 acquisition fee included, the sale price looks good as well.

Monthly payments are 349.00. I feel we got a bad deal here ?? Any thoughts??

Why is the adjusted cap cost higher than the MSRP? Did you not get a discount from the sticker price?

No discount!! It said on the website 3500 discount but they said there was no discount. 
This is why I think it's a bad deal. 
The cap cost has the aquisition fee of 595.00 rolled into it.

Yeah, I'd walk away and start over with another dealer.

That said, be advised that there may be different discounting for purchase vs. lease.

If you haven't taken delivery, call them and tell them you changed your mind, and want your $800 back.
If they balk, start mentioning bait and switch, etc..
