No concerns, other than the residual value will be adjusted downward for the miles already on the car. You'll want to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker to compensate.

No issues... but...

The residual will be reduced to account for the current mileage on the demo. You should insure that your discount is large enough to make up for this, vs. a brand-new unit. Because if it's not less than a new one, why lease a demo?

Perhaps the Momentum Plus has a lower residual, but it doesn't show that on the charts.

I agree with their math, using their money factor and residual.
I assumed a marked up acquisition fee of $995 (base $695) and the $1956 tax added to the "total purchase" for an adjusted CAP cost of $44918. As it looks like they are asking for all of the other fees upfront.

Using our money factor and residual, the payment drops to $492/mo.

That's a lot of money to put upfront on a lease. I'd keep that $4000 downpayment in my pocket and take the higher payment (plus, that higher payment is your actual monthly cost).

I'd ask them to check the residual. And, ask for the base MF of .00157.

The details/fees etc look okay.. other than what I just listed above.

I get $613/mo with those numbers for 36 month, not too far off their $610/mo quote with $0 down.

$36/mo less than the old quote. You have to like that.

I'd structure the deal with just the first payment and fees upfront, and the $610 payment in the first column. (Without the $4000 down)
