Those are the correct numbers for a 36/12 lease.

I get $670/mo with 6.25% tax added in.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - may be lower than the selling price. If so -why?

- what is MF and RV in Bay Area?
- I have access to Volvo A-Plan and it gives me $3250 Discount + $750 Elite Bonus, and Volvo has a $3000 Sales allowance. All three takes total discount to $7000. Given, none are given by dealers, How much additional dealer discount/ rebate (on MSRP) should i target?

They aren't taking the Acura in trade? If not, you could be on the hook for any end of lease charges over and above the remaining payments.

Just got word my car has finally be built and will be shipped soon. Looks like I will be getting into this car by the end of month. So I just wanted to get some October numbers. What is MF and residual for a T5 AWD with 12k or 15k miles in New York. MSRP is 53195. As of right now we agreed on invoice price of 50,063 but that does not include incentives or any dealer rebates at time of purchase. Just trying to get a leg up and caluate what I think my payments will be. This will be a lease for 36 months. Thank you
