    That seems like a pretty strong offer. Never hurts to ask for more.
    Ask about dealer fees, to make sure you aren't giving some of it back. ($300 if dealer is in MD, right?)

    The X1 doesn't lease that well.

    The X2 has a higher residual, and bigger incentive, if that model interests you.
