Yes... but, I didn't, and still came up with a payment that is $50/mo. less than their quote.

Negotiate a discount on the vehicle, then apply the rebate.
Make sure they are using the base money factor.

This car should lease in the low $600s per month.

Question ...got the price of an XC60 momentum to 43375/ MSRP 46235.  Residual is 53% as you told me.  Is the final buyout 43375 x .53?  They are saying bank consistently use MSRP for this buyout number... or 46235 x .53.   While I have no ultimate plan to buy, I want it to be correct just in case.  Thanks!

Residual is always a percentage of MSRP.
