Thanks. They actually started with a higher monthly lease number and when I mentioned the web price they came down.
That's what seems odd to me, they came down to the Web number but they say they can't deal on the car at all. And now they are saying this is their best number.
I am not really comfortable with that but they are the only dealer that will do remote pick for service and all the dealers are an hour + away from us.
I want to get a fair deal but the are my only option I think

The more dealers you get involved in the process, the better the price is you'll ultimately get.

So far as we know, the Volvo numbers are national.
MF and residual do not change based on packages or options.
We don't not recommend using trade equity to lower your payment; that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.
MF is also marked up, which the dealer is allowed to do.
Might be time to try finding another dealer.

would it be reasonable to expect the dealer to go all the way down to .00008 given how new the 2018s are at this point?
Regarding the money factor question i initially posted, how come as I scroll through all the posts, similar lease term money factors in other states are much higher than the .00008 you just shared with me? Just curious, thats all.
Money factor varies by trim. The T6 Momentum has the lowest money factor. Location has nothing to do with it.

3. Money factor - the rate now is .00112
4. Amount due on signing - $4,733
5. Please list all seperate incentives available (including but not only tax rebates) and how are they being applied to the car? - $5,002 tax lease rebate $800 allowance

Technically, it's 36/10. Just because you aren't making the first payment, doesn't make it a 35 month lease. You have the car for 36 months, right?

Since i'm a resident of TN and am not paying any GA taxes (confirmed by the dealer), shouldn't I only have to sign a TN Power of Attorney form to transfer the title to my home state (TN)?

sorry, can't offer up any legal advice - check with the TN DMV to see what the procedure is. I've got to believe you aren't the first person to buy or lease a car in GA as a TN resident

I'd say they just quoted you a number off the sheet. The default mileage is 15K/yr. You have to add 3% for 10K/yr. The dealer can't alter the residual.

I buy across state lines often. You sign the power of attorney for the state where the dealer is located. (at least, in my experience)

The residual is not negotiable; it is set by the bank.
