After haggling with numerous dealers, I was quoted a sale price for a lease of 34,550 including destination fee for that car. They are also willing to do a home delivery as they are over an hour from our location. I have dealt with them previously and believe everything is legitimate. Their direct competitor quoted me a very similar price. These 2 dealers were far and away much lower than any of the other multiple dealers I contacted.

Having a hard time actually finding a good deal for a 2018 RDX AWD in PA!  Can you please provide residual and MF for 36/10k. Technically qualify for the pull through program but it seems like that is a scam and makes for a worse deal than a new customer would receive.  Quoted a selling price of $34179 and a payment of $459 so thinking they aren't willing to part with the lease cash. Definitely not doing that deal.

The miles on your current lease don't roll over. The pull ahead program simply covers the remaining lease payments.

Your new lease will start over with 10K miles per year.

Hey Overthis & Michael Moderator,

I'm a current Acura lessee, about to lease another, so I've got some good news : regarding your question about the mileage roll over is YES. Your unused miles carry over to your next car (if you lease another Acura of course). This is on any lease within 30 days of your expirydate/vehicle return, and is probably good with a 'pull ahead' lease, too. My lease is expiring soon and I've burned only 25,000 of the 30,000 miles so I will get 5,000 miles added on to my new lease which means I can sign a 7500miles/year lease this time and save some money with he lower Residual Value and won't get penalized unless I exceed 27,500 on my new lease after 36 months (7500 x3 years+5,000). ADDITIONALLY, if I exceed my mileage cap, AFS will waive up $750 of the 20cent/mile fee AND/OR excessive wear & tear. In fact, I got a promo in the mail that will double the excess wear & tear/ usage to $1500. So, if I stay anywhere near the mileage cap, I don't have to worry about any dings, scratches, carpet stains, tire treads, etc. [Previously, AFS waived 50% of the excess mile charge if you leased another Acura but it looks like they replaced it with a flat $750 waiver/credit for all excess charges.]
AFS (Acura Financial Service, the in house lessor) is by far the best leasing program I have experienced and has the best terms. Not sure but the above benefits may be dependent on your credit rating, the date, and terms and offers specific to the individual customer.

Guessing on the tax amount, I get about $244/mo, so looks good from that standpoint.
But, $8000 is way too much to put down on a lease.
Better to have them cut you a check for $6000 of it, and take the $420/mo. payment

Money factor and residual are correct.
$2500 in incentives on this model. If that's incorporated in your selling price, then your effective discount is only $475 off MSRP.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost on this deal. It would have to be around $41,500 with tax and acquisition fee, DMV, etc.

Seems like you could easily knock $1500-$2000 off this price, which would drop payment by $43-$58 per month.

This is the first offer I received from the dealer. I have not asked for the exact money factory yet but I have a 790 credit score so if its high I will ask for lower. It seems like all of the cap cost reductions were from the manufacturer. Maybe the dealer can offer another $1,000 off the selling price. Thoughts?
