Yeah seems good to me but wanted to check, biggest bonus for some odd reason it drastically lowers my insurance compared to a 2016 ILX.

Sub-compact sedans don't have very good rates. For some reason, SUVs do have good rates.

The January programs run through February 28th.. no changes

It's $2500 on Base, $2750 on all other trims. AWD doesn't affect those amounts.

Just wanted to share a deal in NY: RDX AWD tech package, 7.5K, 36 months with roll over of 10K miles from old lease, 570 on signing ( first month + DMV and doc fee), 399/month, taxes included....

I just got an 2018 RDX AWD in PA for $355 including tax with $700 down with 1st month (36 Month & 15k miles). I got it on Jan 31st. I think you can get much better deal in NJ.

I just got an 2018 RDX AWD in PA for $355 including tax with $700 down with 1st month (36 Month & 15k miles). I got it on Jan 31st. I think you can get much better deal in NJ.

$700 down includes everything (tax, title, dealer fees etc.)? Where did you get this deal? I am also in PA.

Ohio sales tax question. I believe in Ohio we have to pay the full amount of sales tax up front at the time of lease inception. I know you recommend not paying the sales tax up front in the event of a totaling of the car or other event. So let's say I did not put anything down for CCR and I have a $500 per month lease payment (before sales taxes) over 24 months and my tax rate is 7%. So total taxes are $840.00 (24 x $500x 7%). If I roll that $840 in to the lease payment does it just get divided by the 24 payments or does it have the money factor applied to it since I'm actually financing the sales tax in the lease?

Thanks! Currently looking at an offer in VA for a 2018 w/Advanced "one pay" for $15962 with a residual of 25309 on an MSRP of 44975. It is the lowest anyone has sent to me so far and they are not interested in negotiating lower, does anyone have thoughts on if this seem decent?

$426/mo is a good payment on a $45k vehicle, especially with the tax situation in VA for leases.

Do you know the adjusted cap costs used in these offers?

$2250 of the incentive is an Acura-to-dealer incentive. You'll have to incorporate that into your negotiated price. I think the other $800 is a consumer incentive that will be reflected as a CAP cost reduction. You can be certain that the dealer will have already deducted that from any offer made, though.

Doc Fee (is this for leasing docs?), Reg/DMW Fee, Tire fee, electronic filing fee, Acquisition fee (what is this for?)? What is a Dealer Fee? Should I expect to pay all these fees? Are they negotiable? I hope to be able to make a deal over the phone (I know the vehicle) and just go to the dealer to sign paperwork - is this reasonable? Thank you for your help. Your forum is a wealth of information. Will check in a couple months for the latest MF, rebates, incentives.

Doc fee - It isn't for anything... just a way for the dealer to pad the price of the car (especially in Florida)
Reg/DMV/Tire - All state fees required to register any new car
Electronic filing fee - Generally, an extra fee to allow dealers to file documents electronically. Usually a nominal fee charged by the state ($29 or so). But, we've seen Florida dealers charge outrageous additional fees related to this, so be watchful.
Acquisition fee -charged by the leasing bank. Doesn't really pay for anything extra. It's on every lease.

Yes, you'll pay those fees.. Big doc fees are best handled by reducing your price offer for the vehicle, accordingly.

The chances of making a deal over the phone, and having it be that deal when you get into the dealership are just about nil. I'd suggest email, so you have it in print.
