I wanted to reconfirm MF & RV for '18 RDX AWD W/Tech, a 36/10 is still .00062 and 58% RV.
Also, is the $2500 incentive money still available?

Is all of the above valid until 1-2-18 & are there any other incentives you are aware and does Acura have any stair step programs for dealers that might make them open to an aggressive negotiation?

36 months lease with 12K Miles: 430 Per month. As noted above the total due at signing is $3429.97. This is all inclusive. 

Also, I will be returning my 2015 Honda Accord EXL lease to this dealer since my lease is ending within one month. My accord is in excellent condition as told to me by the inspector so I don't know If this dealer will make some profits off my accord as well. I feel like I should ask him to take off some down payment portion from my accord.

Does the lease deal on this RDX sound good to you? I am fairly new to this so please excuse my inexperience.

1. I agree with the math (.00062 and 57%)
2. There is $2500 lease cash available; therefore, you are only getting $700 off the sticker price. I think you can do better
3. Why put so much down on a lease? It's meant to be a 'pay as you go' type situation. And, if the car is stolen or totaled, you would lose that up front money. Better to have less up front cash and a higher payment.
4. Are you "trading in" your Accord, or is the dealer simply taking it back with the intention of returning it to the lease company? Big difference between the two. I suggest you get the payoff value and the trade value to see if you have any equity in the Accord.

I just got a call from the dealer that they said 3000 (All Inclusive) 350 per month for 10 K Miles per year for 36 months. All I have to pay is 3000 that includes all the taxes etc. (RDX TEch. Pkg)

We'd recommend you restructure the deal to put down only the first payment and any registration costs - say, $750 total. Ask the dealer to give you a quote with those parameters and see what they come up with.

Oh, sorry I got what you are asking.

Amount due at signing is $429 plus tax because all the other fee is factored into the monthly payment. Other option is to pay $944 at signing(which includes first month payment, dmv fees, cap tax etc) and then the subsequent monthly payments will be $409 plus tax.

I get $367/mo, if I use the prices from your earlier post ($40,475 MSRP, $34,975 cap cost).

Confirm the cap cost, and ask the dealer what MF they are using to get the $409/mo payment.

Update: I am walking away from this deal right now. We sort of came down to: 3000k down ( includes all the taxes and fees and down pmt) and then 350 per month for 2018 RDX Tech Package. All I did was file credit application with Acura finance. My credit is very good so I know I’ll have no problems in that arena. I think I can do better so walking away now. 

Can you please tell me if there is a good lease calculator online that I can use? 

Also, the RV and MF for: (29409 zip code)
