They quoted 361~366/month with taxes (350~355 w/o tax)
I'm unsure how they got that number for the Net Cap Cost, and I guess the Gross Cap Cost includes the 2,000 down payment? I thought Gross Cap cost would be Selling Price + Acq Fee (33,239.37), yet they came up with 35,314.57.
I also think the cap taxes are high after looking at what others have posted here. I don't want to the 2,000 downpayment and they didn't give a drive-off price. They also didn't list any disposition fee, licensing/registration fee (but maybe that's the govt fee?), destination fee (although we are very close to the RDX factory--about 1 hr away). Also, it looks like they aren't offering any rebate.
Using the numbers they give, I calculated this to be a 57% residual, and I figured out it's probably about 2,460 due at signing (2,000 down payment (cap cost reduction), 115 for taxes on the cap cost reduction, 1st month 350). I also calculated rent charge should probably be 734.66, so base monthly payments 10,886 over 36 months equal $302/month and about $17 in taxes, so $319/month with taxes included.
What do you think? I want to bring the Selling price down, as I have seen lower--although the salesperson of course said this is a great price. What are your thoughts. Thanks for any input!

Are you sure about your tax rate? I think the base rate in Ohio is 6%, with local sales taxes on top of that.. In Hamilton County, it is 7%. Seems like the Columbus area would be at least that high.
In any case, dealers are pretty good about calculating tax. The tax number looks about right, to me.
If I use their NET CAP, I get $360.87/mo.
It looks to me like your Gross CAP is the selling price, plus every other amount you listed, including the first payment.. and, that possibly, $2000 is your total amount due at signing. Since everything is added into the Gross CAP, the whole $2000 is listed as CAP reduction. (I'm still just a little bit short of the Gross CAP, even adding everything, though -about $150 short)
So, if it's $2000 due at signing and $360/mo, the numbers are good.
Some notes..
1) The RDX incentives are dealer incentives, so they are reflected in the discount.
2) Disposition fee is paid at lease end. It will be on the contract
3) Government fee is license/registration
4) The destination fee is part of the MSRP. It shouldn't be broken out on what you pay. The sale price is the sale price
5) In Ohio, taxes are paid upfront, so unless you are paying them upfront, they get added to the CAP cost. After that, the payment is the payment, as the taxes are rolled in.
6) Crystal fusion and wheel locks? I'd give that a big pass.. I've been driving new-ish cars for 40 years, including plenty with expensive wheels. I've never had an issue (and, of course, I'm insured). Crystal fusion sounds like an expensive wax job for a car that you are going to give back in three years.

OH collects sales tax on the sum of the payments, the down payment and any consumer rebates up front. The dealer added those into the cap cost (and, that is our recommendation).
Limit your out of pocket to just the first payment and registration costs.
The destination is a fixed amount, and likely represents an average cost for shipping to all 50 states.
Disposition fee is paid at the end of the lease.
If there are numbers on the paperwork you don't understand, just ask the dealer to explain them until you do understand.

Local dealer advertising RDX Base FWD 36/7.5k miles for $249/mo., $2K down plus closing costs. I am in FL, MF .00039 and Resid is 59% (?). Are my figures correct that they are reducing the MSRP $7K to get to the $249 but then adding $2k (which is $60/mo) plus closing costs which might be around $1500???? Would that equate to a payment of approx. $355 +tax??? Seems high. Also, will vehicles be reduced more as we get closer to time when 2019 are delivered (August???)? Would you advise on paying entire 36 month lease up front (sales person says we have Gap insurance) and if so, what kind of MF might that be? Many thanks.

I don't know how your local dealer is allocating funds on their ad. $2000 plus closing costs could mean just about anything. FL dealers are famous (infamous?) for high dealer fees.
Impossible to know what Acura will do with incentives. The price does not always move in a straight line down, as the year progresses.
With a money factor as low as .00039, there wouldn't be much savings in pre-paying the lease. That's equivalent to less than 1% APR.

Also, if you are comparing it to a base model, without AW, then the residuals and incentives are different, so you can't really compare the deals. You have to start over.
