Yes, MBFS allows the dealer to markup the rate for more profit.
Any markup is part of the negotiation, and you should insist on the base rate.

How many miles does the car have on it? There will be an adjustment to the residual, based on that.

And, I'd skip the $2499 down, and just pay the first payment and any registration costs up front. Add fees and taxes to the monthly payment.

Don't have the formula that MB uses to adjust the residual, but expect it to be lower than for a unit with 0 miles on it.

Mileage adjustments is $0.20 per mile after the first 3000 miles. So if the car has 3k or under miles, no adjustment.
For 3877, adjustment would be $0.20x877 miles = $175.40 deducted from RV.

I'm not sure I understand this. Could you clarify for us leasing idiots. Are you saying that it's gonna cost you MORE because you're leasing a Loaner, or that the $175.40 should be deducted from the Cap Cost or somehow allotted back to the buyer because of the high mileage? It won't cost you more, because you'll be able to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, because of those same miles.

If the math doesn't work in your favor, then lease a new one and skip the residual penalty.
