I'm dealing on closeout 2018s. I attached the first offer. This will be a St. Louis transaction (not NJ) for a relative, so taxes are included with every payment.

I can't get my numbers to match; using the Edmunds calculator, I get $644/mo including taxes (the local tax rate is 8.613%). I can't figure out why the dealer's payments are so high for a $49k adjusted cap cost deal. I'm I off or are they padding something here?
