final price. $2679 due at signing including $2000 down & 1st payment. then $663 x 35 payments. All fees and tax included.

Finally signed the lease agreement for a GLC300 with Panoramic Roof, Premium 1 Package, Upgraded sound system, LED lights, etc. The MSRP was 47,945. Purchase price negotiated was 40,943. About 14.2% less than MSRP. Based on my shopping with all the dealerships, this was the best price I was able to manage. Final lease numbers are:

Term: 36 months/12k miles
Drive off: 2050 (includes first month payment of 560)
Monthly Payments: 560 each month for 35 months.

Some lessons:
* It looks as if everyone here asks for MF and Residual. Those two numbers mean jackshit if you can't negotiate a good price. What I also found was nobody comes back and shares the price they negotiated. WTF?
* Even when you negotiate a good price and know MF & Residual, the dealership can easily steal an extra 1000 to 2000 by tagging on fees that don't make any sense. One of the dealers in LA agreed to all the terms but in the end, his math was 40$ higher every month compared to my math. The guy has the audacity to charge me for full prepaid maintenance while claiming he is residualizing it. So, know that not just MF and Residual, but even negotiating a price itself won't save you from fuzzy and fradulent math that the dealerships pull off. Use a auto lease calculator to verify the math and agree to it.
* When shopping around, I prepared a spreadsheet and took a screenshot of the math and shared with the internet sales of various dealerships. This helped to reduce unnecessary dialog and haggle and allowed me to focus on a handful that were willing to play ball.

Lastly, please share the MSRP, purchase price, lease terms (36/12, etc) and drive off as well monthly payments so that other buyers/lesses can also learn from your experience. Without all this info, just the MF and residual are almost useless.

That is a purchase quote - you need to have the dealer provide you with the numbers for a lease.

Still missing the most important number - the adjusted CAP cost used for their payment quote. That would be the selling price plus any taxes or fees you are not paying up front.

Exactly; lots of dealer put a lot of numbers on a piece of paper, that don't connect to each other.

Keep asking questions until you get the answers that make sense.

I got same car quote from dealer here in PA (6%+3%) for $660, $0 down, sign and drive. Looking to be under $600, ideal target is $590 but dealer is not moving.
MF was .00038 with 10 MSDs $7500
