How is Hyundai on approving lease with $0 down and some negative equity? Ie $2000 or so. I would like to get one of the last 2018 Elantra sport dct. $19842 sell price, msrp $26370. What could price be for lease 36 months 12k miles?

If your credit is good enough, you should be able to make a deal with those parameters.

I contacted a dealer in ft worth tx on a regular 18 Elantra sport sedan (not GT) and they advised they have lease unless they are wrong

They could be using a 3rd party bank - we do not see any support from Hyundai Motor Finance.
