Lease over 36 months at 10,000 miles per year. Also, are any special lease deals being offered in Arizona (cash etc)? Does car color have any factor on residual value?

Toyota doesn't offer 10K per year; 36/12 numbers are 54% and .00001; $750 lease cash

Color does not affect residual, but it could affect pricing.

I just went to my toyota dealer near home/90034 and they were using a MF of 0.0061 claiming they could not change it because it comes straight from corporate. You guys told me here I should expect a MF of 0.00001. Where do you guys get your numbers?

So, I was interested in the SE with the convenience package and arrived with a rebate from Truecar of about $1100 and their offer was $380 something with $800 at signing.

I walked away, I was right, right?

I saw someone on that forum who got $290 for the same option, in LA as well, with $0 down. I wonder how he got that deal....

You can't swing a dead .... well ... mammal ... in the greater LA area without hitting a Toyota dealer. Reach out to as many dealers as you are willing to travel to.

We can't reveal our sources, but they are accurate. We don't often hear about Toyota dealers marking up the MF for extra profit, but apparently you found one.

FYI, the .00001 is for Tier 1+ credit (720 or higher). MF does go up if the credit score is lower than that.

2. Yesterday, one Toyota dealer in AZ showed me Feb 2018 MF when I tried negotiate Prime Prius. He said, he is surprised to hear that there is March MF. Of course, the one from Feb was higher than the one you provided in the different thread for the month of March.
He asked me to prove it that March MF is available. What do I do in that situation.

420 per month with 0 down including GAP insurance for 36 months,12k miles per year
Residual is $17,791 and Gross capitalized Cost of car is at $31,926

Is this a good deal?

Residual between 52% and 57% etc, etc, etc. Then, I received the very short paper not showing much of anything except cost out the door being $34,097. (I was happy with that) until I saw their jived monthly pmts which I have YET to figure out.  This is what their figures are based on my excellent credit. (0 down $499/mo - $2,000 down $454/mo or $4,000 down $394. All of their figures include tax. I got 0 down with the MF and 1.07 State tax coming out to $470 < your thoughts??)  The one thing that he did say that I’ve never heard in all my years of leasing many Lexus cars and few Toyota’s, was that Toyota has a max residual, at lease end, of 38.2%. Have you ever heard of this and if so, could you please explain this to me??

We don't have the SETF lease programs that are used for the Southeast Region.

But, their residuals are more or less based on the base price of the vehicle, without options. You can't just plug their numbers into a lease calculator and get an accurate payment. This tends to make more expensive trims and higher option vehicles much more expensive to lease.

It would make me lease another make, if I were in your area.
