I live in Indiana and have located an SQ5 configured the way I want in Atlanta. I am willing to go there to get the car. However, they are quoting a top-tier MF of .00233. That does fit with what I see on this board. I am looking for a 36/10 lease. Also, what is the correct current acquisition fee? Many thanks; this is a great forum!

GA is pretty famous for high dealer fees. Also, make sure you don't have to pay GA sales tax.

It doesn't sound like you are off to a very promising start. I'd look for something closer to home, even if I had to adjust my options expectations.

Doesn't matter what the dealer tells you, this is greed.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find a dealer more accommodating.

12K/yr is always 1% less than 10K/yr. All makes/models.

Oh yeah, sorry. It’s $3500 out of pocket and everything rolled in. 

Assuming full Texas tax and the negative equity, there has to be a substantial discount to get you to $799/mo, even with $3500 upfront.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, Audi care, $869, has been been rolled in. I asked for $0 down so only the 1st payment of $847 is due at signing. I am coming from BMW; the only rebate I am receiving is $800. I tried negotiating for 8% off MSRP, but ended up with a discount of 6.5% I am in Colorado, and do not know if this is an average or great deal?

Cap cost wound up at $55418.35. 10.5% off MSRP. Snapshot of lease is below.

Was a hard fought deal, I had plenty of other dealers that told me they couldn't even do 7% off. In the end I had to take a 3 hour drive, but the deal was real and it was worth it. Surprise bonus was no dealer fee so that made the deal even sweeter. Just have to find a dealer that's willing to "lose a little" on a car to make it up in sales volume.

Sorry. State is FL , trim is Prestige, MSRP is $68,385, adjusted cap cost is $63,900 with Audi care included. I just need to pay the registration and the doc fee which is $400 (Complimentary first month payment).
