    You are correct.. that is for Tiers I and II.

    We don't have Tier III rates, but Mercedes seems to be pretty aggressive on their Tier III leases, so hopefully, it's a small upcharge.

    Also, any dealer incentives? Is the acquisition fee still $795?

    Does the residual and money factor change based on zip code? I see some numbers a few posts up for a C300 4Matic Coupe (.00039 and 55% / 56%) for a 36 month, 12/10K lease. Do those same numbers apply to zipcode 60661?

    I would research on my own but seems like only dealers have access to the black book.

    The lease bonus cash is a customer incentive. It will be listed as a CAP cost reduction, and taxed.
    The dealer incentive is Mercedes-to-dealer money, and should be reflected in a lower selling price, than you could have negotiated otherwise.
