1076 + 7.75% ($83.39)= $1159

Will have to keep working them down.  Maybe just have them include prepaid maintenance at $1185

I am currently looking at one that has MSRP $108,550 and was discounted to $96,943 (from an online car searching website, I have not work with the dealer yet). I am pretty new in this mind game so please give advise on how low could the dealer go as well as the payment should be. Lease term would be 36M/12k.
