If it's a 2018 model?, then .00070 MF and 45% residual for 36/12
42% residual for 39/12 would certainly be in the proper range, though we don't have the exact number.

The money factor is just marked up, which is typical for a Mercedes dealer.
I don't track pricing, but 10% discount doesn't seem unusually small. I'd definitely insist on the base money factor.

No full-size luxury sedans lease very well, including this one.
