Thanks! One more quick question - I noticed in reviewing the spec sheet for the GC I looked at that what I thought was a "High Altitude" model was listed in the details on the spec sheet as a "Jeep GC Overland 4x4" with the "High Altitude II Package 2BS" as optional equipment. Is this *actually* a High Altitude from a leasing perspective? Or is there a different RV/MF for the Overland model that I need to be concerned with?

Those two models have the same lease program, so it appears that it doesn't matter.

.00019 MF and 54% residual for 36/12 I'd ask them to run the numbers for 39/12, as the MF/residual is the same, and should result in a lower payment.
The monthly price seems reasonable, but hard to know for sure without the selling price and adjusted CAP cost.
correction on MSRP.. It is $41,975. Selling price is $37,280 and they have me at $427 x 39/12,000 (first month due at signing) Does that seem correct?
Hi. Can you please provide mf and residuals for GC limited 4x4 V6 in 12401, Kingston New York, 36/10k and 39/10k. I assume as noted above, the Acquisition fee is being waived. Also, these are good until 1/2/18? Thanks in advance!

Yes, acquisition fee is being waived, this month
Chrysler Capital programs are set to expire on 1/2/18.

So... they changed it to 39 months, and the payment didn't go down? Or, was the quote for 39 months, all along?
Hello and thank you for all the great and valuable info you provide! Can you please tell me what the money factor and residual would be on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with an MSRP of $46,070 for 39 months with 10K miles/year? My credit score is about 700. Negotiated price would be about $41,200 and I have a trade-in worth $8K. I am located in Cook County, IL. Are there any current rebates that would apply to this lease? Am I better off not trading the vehicle in and just selling it to pocket the cash (if you have an opinion on the matter)? I would like to do $0 except for the 1st payment, if possible. Is the acquisition fee usually waived?
Thanks again for your help and please let me know if I'm missing anything.

You can trade the car in and pocket the cash. The dealer will cut you a check for your trade, if that's what you want. Just because you trade it in, doesn't mean you have to apply that money to your lease deal.
We don't have rebate information. The money factor given is for top tier credit. You'll have to see if you qualify.
Acquisition fee is not usually waived, but it is this month, for leases through Chrysler Capital

We'd suggest you use the trade equity for the first payment and registration costs only; have the dealer cut you a check for the balance, and add the fees and taxes into the monthly lease payment.

Still waiting on the actual selling price. I'm going through a leasing agent who says he doesn't actually buy the car - but get's a third party wholesaler to buy the car, so cutting me a check is out of the question I guess. I'll post the selling price when I get it, but with these things in mind, good deal or no?

Just got a jeep grand Cherokee sterling edition with MRSP at $47558. 36 month and 12K a year. $520 a month with tax (7%) with only $520 due at signing. This also includes service, brakes/rotor if necessary, and battery replacement (no pro rating for battery). The dealer also has a dealer fee of $1095 which is non-sense, but we worked out the deal knowing this was all profit. I also needed a new plate as old one had to be retired. Registration also good to 2019. Overall I think it is not a bad deal. Comments welcome.

The Jeep website shows the lease interest rate as 2.448%. So that would be a mf of 0.00102 correct? And from that I can "back out" a residual of about 55%. Does this agree with your figures? Tier 1.

Well I take that back. The leasing company obviously makes money somehow. Regardless, they are getting me a better deal than any of the dealerships I’ve visited. Given all of this - I’ve told you what I’m paying and what car I’m getting - is this a good deal or am I wrong?

I still need to know the selling price.
And, you should find out what bank is funding the lease - we only have numbers for Chrysler Capital. Ally and US Bank are also popular at FCA dealers.
Generally, we aren't fans of using trade equity to cover the up front costs - we recommend paying only the first payment and registration costs at signing, and roll all other taxes and fees into the lease payment.
That said, if all of the $3K trade equity is going to cap reduction, it's still a good payment relative to MSRP.

Hi - looking for MF and RV on a 36 month 10K mile lease for a 4x4 limited and sterling (not sure if it's the same)? Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi all, I'd like to actually add on to jgreenspan1's request, as I am looking at the same 2 models. Well, actually a 3rd too, the Overland too. And then since all 3 of these can do the V8 HEMI option, does that alter the MF and RV? I am contemplating whether to go with the V8 or not.

Looking for the MF and Residual for a 2018 Jeep GC Altitude 4x4 in Georgia. The dealer has quoted me 53% and .00016 for 36/months 12/year. Just curious, does the MF and residual vary depending on where the car is purchased or are these set rates nation wide??

I received a quote for $427/month x 36 months 12,000 per year (first month due at signing) on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (Altitude Trim) MSRP $40,780. Is this a fair quote? I live in Chicago IL. Thanks
.00019 MF and 54% residual for 36/12
I'd ask them to run the numbers for 39/12, as the MF/residual is the same, and should result in a lower payment.
The monthly price seems reasonable, but hard to know for sure without the selling price and adjusted CAP cost.
