I'd suggest you add the tax and bank fee to the selling price - if the car is stolen or totaled, I doubt that Gov. Cuomo will refund you the sales tax you prepaid. You'll have a higher payment, but a much lower out of pocket.

Just wanted to see if I could get some info for a Grand Cherokee overland 4x4. They are offering 39 months at 480 per month for 15k miles per year. What is the residual value and money factor offered for 2018 models in Maryland? I'm trying to get them down a bit more. The model has the active safety group and website says MSRP would be around 47k while the sticker has 51k listed. I'm only putting taxes, tags and first month down. Should I be looking to make a 36 month lease? So I'm confused. Thanks!

39 months is the best term.

The MSRP is the MSRP. Take a look at the government mandated sticker, and look for the bottom number.

I'd ask them to run the numbers for 39/12, as the MF/residual is the same, and should result in a lower payment.

The monthly price seems reasonable, but hard to know for sure without the selling price and adjusted CAP cost.
