My dealer showed a MF of 0.00201 for November on S5s, came down to 0.00180 for a single pay lease. Is it changing in December?

Hi, I’m looking at an S5 SB prem + with an MSRP of $64,550. I’m expecting the adjusted cap cost to be $60,600 inclusive of audi care, but exclusive of loyalty. What would you calculate the single pay lease to be? Thx much.

$658 X 36 = $23,688.

I didn't include any taxes or fees.. just used your adjusted CAP cost.

.00180 is the base MF. That's the lowest
PA levies an extra 3% tax on leases (9% total)

Can't give you a payment without a selling price or adjusted CAP cost.

Hi Michaell: I got a quote from a dealer in PA today on an S5 Sportback Prestige, 36/10, MSRP 67555, sale price 63,501.70, with CCR of 1667.46, monthly 890.32 (at a MF of something like .0025). I challenged the MF, and asked for MSD's, and with 10 MSD's, the monthly came down to 837.32, and they offered to bring the MF down to .0021, which they claim is their "buy rate." That MF still seems high to me based on your posts elsewhere in this thread, although the rest of the numbers seem to make sense when I run them through LeaseHackr.

Residuals can't be altered by the dealer. 61% is correct for 36/10.

The buy rate is .00180 on a 36 month lease. (before MSDs)

Your best play is to ride out the A3 lease until it's over, then look for your next car.

The payoff on the existing lease is the sum of the remaining payments, plus the residual value - you can call AFS and get that number

And, the A3 has a trade value, as well; check the "Real World Trade in Values" thread here at Edmunds to get some expert feedback. Or, get a buyout quote from your local CarMax (if one is close by).

Get those numbers and see where you stand, equity wise.
