There is also a $2000 marketing allowance on this vehicle. (factory to dealer cash).
6% off is usually pretty good. Taking into account the extra $2000, you are a little over 5% off. Not bad.

Base MF and a big discount from sticker - can't go wrong there.

I agree with the math on the worksheet, but I'd suggest you restructure the deal to only pay the first payment and registration costs up front. Add the taxes and fees into the adjusted cap cost and save yourself a bunch of cash up front, in exchange for a higher lease payment.

Looks pretty good.. includes AudiCare, right?

That's the proper way to account for rebates on a lease.
But, if you wanted to put less upfront, you could roll the AudiCare and acquisition fee into the lease.
Of course, that will result in an offsetting higher payment.
Not necessary to put $2228 upfront
With $1228 upfront, the payment would go up by about $31/mo.

Since AudiCare adds 1% to the residual, the actual cost to you is only $10/mo. Have you ever paid for dealer maintenance? That's a bargain.

Use the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page to access Edmunds price tools.
Since the marketing allowance is technically a dealer incentive, you don't get it. Hopefully, you negotiate a good price to take advantage of it.
