It's reasonable from your point of view, but the X5M is a rare vehicle, and dealers are likely inclined to maximize their profit on this.

Have you checked with other dealers? Competition between them will result in the best price.

If they say no to 7.5% do you think dropping it to 6% will be still good discount?

Also my specd vehicle MSRP is $114,000 and I am loking to 36/10 with zero money upfront. With the discount of 4.5% they offering now what its going to be my monthly payment based on current lease numbers? ZIP80022

6% would still be a decent discount.

But, the best way to get the price you want is to engage with multiple dealers.

Hey Mike you were right for Shomp. They offered me their 'Shomp best price" of $109,060 which from MSPR $113,895 is 4.25% discount.
As far as Murray they offered 4.5% but I told them I need 6% or I'll go to Shomp.

Try Boulder, the BMW store in Longmont or the one in Colo Springs - the more competition you bring in, the better your chances are of getting a good deal.

I'd be up front with them about that. Dealers have a way of giving with one hand (big discount from MSRP), then taking away with the other (marking up the MF). You want both before placing the order.

No insight as to what will happen to the numbers.

But, BMW gives you the option of using the program in place when you ordered, or the program in place when it's delivered, whichever is more beneficial to you.

The only issue I see is the residual. 58% is the 36/12 residual, but they have it listed as 10K/yr.
59% is the correct residual for 36/10. The correct residual would drop the payment by $17/mo.


Also, I'd only put $1500 upfront, instead of $3500, and take the $60/mo. higher payment.

Yes!! That was the exact payment.  Was it a good deal or was I taken in for a ride?  I feel it was too much money

My lease is up on my X5 end of August. I've been approached to get out of my lease early because June is end of quarter. Not sure if I should wait until August for a 2018, (2019 will be coming out and are redesigned so I'm hoping the prices on 2018 will go down) I have been getting 7k-8.5k off MSRP without much haggling Advice?
