No problem, thank you for replying. Was wondering if there was loyalty as well since I’m currently leasing a BMW. So would total credit be 2500+1000(loyalty)=3500 off of the negotiated price? Also does the 3500 credit apply to loaners as well?

Yes, $1000 lease loyalty still is in play.

If the loaner has less than 5000 miles, then the incentives are still valid. 5000+ miles, incentives go away.

Usually, we see loaners at 12%-15% off MSRP, then deduct incentives. But, go for all you can get.

Last question... my dealer insisted that they the money factor be .00244. Obama they are marking up the money factor and almost acted like it was unheard of to get base lol. How much of a difference is that mark up equate to? Thanks!

.00222 is the max allowed, by BMWFS

The difference is likely $30-50/mo added onto your payment.

Tell them you want the base rate, or you'll find another dealer.

Deduct $0.25/mile from residual, for existing mileage.

What is the selling price?
What does the $3680 cover, in detail?
Why give up your lease with 3 months left? That $2400 is getting added into your new lease.
I'd skip the wheel and tire insurance - only the dealer benefits from this

They claim they discount the car by 10k so 53k sales price 
im way over mileage on my car and I’m afraid that 2018 x5 in my budget will be gone by Jan.2019 and the lease prices for 2019 x5 are $1000 per month with $6000 total out of pocket 
I live in Brooklyn and pop a lot of tires specially in the winter so I think it’s a good thing to have.

They "claim"? Have they shared a lease deal worksheet with all the relevant numbers on it? If so, please post. If not, ask for one from them.

You want at least 7% off MSRP, before any incentives.

We don't have the numbers for last year. But, you are free to scroll back in this discussion to that month.

I would think you should look for at least 12% off MSRP May be around 15%. I do see quite a few BMW dealers advertising their discount close to 11% on their websites.

3. Rebates and incentives from BMW USA  : REBATETS $ 3500.00 taxable up front

4. Cost of the wheel and tire insurance for 3 years : $ 1550.00 ( rolled in the payment )

5. Residual : 15000 miles 56% of MSRP $64085.00 = $35887.60

6. Money factor ( or interest %) Money factor for excellent credit must be over 720 is 0.000182

With those numbers, I get the same payment.

So, they aren't covering any of your existing lease. You are paying $2360 just to get out early. $1550 to insure your tires/wheels is an expensive insurance policy.

The deal on the vehicle, outside of those items is pretty good. I wouldn't eat $2300 to get into a new lease, though.

Also, on incentives (lease credits), I went down the posts history for October and I've noticed changes, do they change during the month ?

For example
X5 x35i -- 10/4 post -- 2500, 10/13 -- 1500 and no changes since
X5 40e -- 10/10 post -- 1750, 10/19 -- 2750, no changes since

What are the current lease credits today ?

Final question, do you guys think the 1000 loyalty will change after October ?

Current programs started on 10/2, and they won't change until the next program on 11/1

But, incentives are regional
$1500 and $1750, respectively for your area.

No guesses on what happens next month.
