$901/mo would be the payment, with those numbers and the base money factor.

I am leasing a 2018 X5 demo with Driver's Assistance package, heated steering wheel/rear seats.

It is a demo with 4,000 miles.

I am putting down $4,500. This is what it says on the form:

Due at signing:

$4,393 cap cost reduction
$625 first monthly payment
Reg Fees $158
Acq Fee $925
Supp Fee $398
Total: $6,500, rebates and non cash credits are $2,000 = $4,500 cash down

Selling price 54,687 + taxes, 2 months payments to FS(from current lease) and taxes=
Gross Cap Cost: $58,036
Adj Cap Cost: $53,643
Total monthly payment: $625
10K/36 month

I think the MSRP was $64,000 but on the window it says $56,890 because I think they were selling it as a used demo.

I also didn't qualify for top tier credit, they said I came in at "standard"

This is a quote, or this is a deal you've signed?

The MSRP is the window sticker number - you negotiate the selling price from that, then deduct any available incentives.

This is a deal that I signed today- thank you for your response. On the paper it gave me with what was in the car as far as features, it says MSRP $65,080. The window sticker thing in the backseat said $58,890

Do you know what the difference in prices consists of?

There is only one MSRP, and it's the number on official factory window sticker.

4999 miles or under, deduct $0.25/mile from new residual

5000+ miles: Deduct 4% and deduct $0.25/mile.

Wouldn't 7 X $950 = $6650, not $6500?

He did not give me all those additional details. You are correct on the MSD’s. Saves me roughly $40 a month.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am going Black Friday shopping for a 2018 BMW X5 and need some fact checking assistance! I am looking at a Used 2018 xDrive50i at a local dealer (zip is 91608) for $68,885 asking price. They are advertising in their listing a lease based on $90,595 MSRP, $859/month + tax on a 36/10 program with $3,995 due at signing. Based on their ad I am calculating that they are using a MF of .00182 and RV of 52%. My fact checking is if there is indeed a separate Tier 1 credit lease program through BMW financial for used vehicles? If so, is the above RV/MF accurate? I am considering this vs. a NEW 2018 xDrive50i using 59% and .00182 for a 36/10 program. If the numbers check out I may try to negotiate the price on the used further and take it home. Lastly is there a 24 month program through BMW financial? Enjoy the turkey fellas!

Is this a previously titled vehicle or a loaner / demo?

If the former, we do not have the numbers for the CPO lease program.

If the latter, the new car rates apply, with an adjustment to the residual for the existing miles.

Yes, BMW does offer a 24 month term - add 6% to the 36 month residual.

I am shopping an MSRP vehicle about $64,000 in North Carolina. Willing to put $3k down and I've seen a lot of lease payments in the lower to mid $600/month. Would just like to have the tools I need to be educated with the dealer.
