2018 X5M lease, 36/10k. Zipnis 37204. Any incentives for the 2018s? Current BMW owner as well. Thank you.

    .00188 and 59%
    $1000 lease credit
    $1500 loyalty
Thanks for all of your help - here's the deal I wound up getting:

New 2018 X5M, Donington Grey over Black extended, Executive Package
    36 month, 10k miles/year

    Original MSRP: $109095
    Discounted MSRP: $99,290
    Rebates/Incentives: $3,500

MF: .00188 (could have been .00153 with 7 security deposits)
    Residual: 59%

Monthly Payment: $1,230 (would have been $1,665 without discounts or rebates).

Car should be here in a week or so:

    Congrats - sharp looking vehicle.

Is that a white bonnet and roof I see? Or is it just the lighting in the picture?
That’s the shipping film that hasn’t been removed.

Your sheet doesn't mention sales tax or the $925 acquisition fee.
And, as a result, no adjusted CAP cost.

Oh nice catch! They did not include it. If we were to assume that tax is $1900 and acq fees are part of this economics (e.g. MSRP $59795, $6k discount, $4058 in cash and rebates, and $1900 Georgia sales tax, $925 acq fees, and this $2578.98 in cap reduction which i am what it is, and 0.00188 MF and 59% residual)
    Thank you sir.

I am looking at a few demo cars but they all have between 9k and 15k miles on them. Are they still leasable? The dealers are also telling me that BMW has new rules and that you can not use loyalty and lease credit on demo cars. Is that true?

I'm within $5/mo. of their quote, adding $2825 to the amounts shown.

If the car is under 9999 miles can the the lease incentives such as loyalty and lease credit be applied?

No... for the incentives to apply, it has to be under 5000 miles

Hi! What kind of incentives are there for Feb on the 2018 X5 s35i? I’m in 30329.
Is the lease cash and loyalty the same as Jan, or perhaps more? Thank you!

I'm looking to lease a demo 2018 x5 with disclosures. Is the RV different than what's set by the manufacturer on a car with disclosures? I know that you reduce the RV based on miles but the dealer is saying that RV is 50% in addition to reduction for miles. Is that correct?

How many miles does the car have on it?

BMW has a sliding scale of residual adjustments for demo cars.

    What term and mileage?

If the residual is 50%, then the vehicle has over 7500 miles, and you'll need at least a 25% discount from MSRP to make it a viable lease candidate.

I'm in So Cal. The car is 2018 X5 s35i with MSRP $62,000. Car has 9,500 miles on it.

Right now the selling price is $44k. For 36mo\10k the payment they are offering is $625 tax included with $1500 drive off. Seems high for this selling price?

36/15 residual is 56%. For cars with between 7500 and 9999 miles, the residual is reduced 6% and there is a .25/mile reduction, or $2375.

You are getting 29% off the MSRP, which certainly helps.

With the adjusted residual, and the prices given, I get $564/mo plus tax.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they used for their quote, but it doesn't seem out of line.

Also find out what the breakdown of the $1500 drive off is.

Here is the deal I ended up getting. The car is 2018 X5 s35i with MSRP $62,035. Demo car has 9,500 miles with disclosures. $1,500 drive off (first month, registration, etc.) $620 monthly tax included.

Every time I shop for cars it's never a pleasant experience. The market is very inefficient and I can not wait for some disruptive company to put these sleaze guys out of business.

Hi! I have a general question...If I live in OH but want to lease a new car in CA and drive back to OH. Which incentives apply as OH and CA have different incentives programs. Does it depend on specific brand/leasing company? If so what BMW/BMWFS does? Thank you.

The dealer location will determine the incentives.

You can't find the car you want any closer than CA? Any savings you realize could be eaten up in shipping costs getting the car to you.

If I buy out of state, is the rate based on which state the car is purchased in or where I live?

For BMW, it seems to be dealer location

But, the money factor and residuals are national. It's only incentives that vary

Hi, what is the RV and MF for a 2018 X5 AWD for a 36/12 lease? 20878 area code. Dealer quoted me .00225 MF and 58% residual for a loaner car with miles <5k, and the MF depends on my credit score. They claim they can not lease a car with more than 5k on it. Currently I own an X5, and they mentioned I get $1500 loyalty. Is this a good deal? And is this true for the 5k miles rule? Thanks in advance.

    .00188 and 58%

    What engine?

    MF is marked up.

Loaners with more than 5K can be leased, but the discount from sticker would have to be 15-20% to make it worth your while.

What is the MSRP and selling price or adjusted cap cost?

Thanks, the MSRP is $62K and I will try to get the price down to the range you mentioned.
