I can't stand non m sports.

I get $648/mo.+tax with those numbers.

The doc fee is separate from the lease acquisition fee.

The doc fee goes to the dealer, the acq fee goes to the bank.

You'd be better off asking the dealer for their calculation details, since those are the ones you are considering. They've given you nothing, so far, except for the amount of discount, and a breakdown of your upfront money.
