    I show .00001 and 54%, so the MF is marked up a slight bit for some extra dealer profit.

    I agree with the math; MF bump is adding $24/mo to the payment.

    I'd also suggest adding the acquisition and doc fees to the sale price - you'll have a larger payment, but the out of pocket goes way down and you won't risk losing that money if the car is stolen or totaled.

    Thanks for your help Michaell, I was able to secure a lease last week on a 2018 p250 R-dynamic SE (with a few of the options I wanted like black package and interior ambient lighting, 21" rims etc.) 12k miles per year, monthly payment total including tax $797 (orange county, southern CA). 55% residual and .00001. MSRP was $69333.

    Thanks, I am happy with it so far, just getting used to the turbo after having a larger displacement V6 with about a 100 more horses, and the electronics as well!
