Only asking becasue read some other posts and it looks like there is quite a bit of leasing cash ($3K or greater). Michael showed only $550 or so...perhaps thats all thats available in my city.

Dealer is saying money factor is now .001. Which claims the payment is correct 892.00 including tax. Any thoughts?

I added all of your numbers in... .but, I didn't roll in the first payment.
And, I used the numbers you used... and, I get $443/mo.. again.

If I use the correct 58% residual, and roll in the first payment, it's still just $492/mo.

Base MF is .00001, so the MF is marked up - a lot.

Tell them you want the base rate, or you'll walk

Residual is fixed by the bank, however.

At some point, LR dealers are going to have to accept reality - their cars aren't all that special, and consumers are getting more savvy.
