It comes out to 780 (tax included), Money down is doc fee + acqui fee + first month comes to 2331 and i drive off. Its a 39 X 10. So hopefully this is the best i can get.

Can you please look at this number for these two lease number? No need to count very detailed, just want to check if this looks right in general. These quote come from two different dealer and I want to make sure the dealer did not add any hidden fees. 

P250S, MSRP $65,098, Discount: $3,950 off msrp. $1,800 down payment, MF at buy rate, 39/10 term. This result in monthly payment is $705ish plus tax. Does this monthly payment number sounds reasonable?

P380SE, MSRP $76,041, plus add on option (lojack) $800, Discount $4,562, lease incentive $2,400, $3,000 down payment (including 1st month lease), MF at buy rate, 39/10. Monthly payment $780 before tax. Does this sound reasonable?

Yes, it appears to be a reasonable deal, given the lease program we know about, and the information you have.

But, you really need all the numbers to correctly evaluate the deal.

I checked a second source, and found .00002.
The .00068 appears on a different trim, and I wonder if that is a keypunch error for what I showed on your trim.

I trust the second source more.. but, not sure how that helps you.
Since the dealer can't go under the base rate, I'd assume the rate is .00002, and they've taken a markup to .00036
(still better than .00068... lol)

You can subtract the sales tax from the purchase quote, but then add $895 for the acquisition fee.

That gives me an adjusted CAP of $70,611 (with $2000 due at signing)
That would give me $806/mo+tax. That seems inline with the $883/mo. quote, depending on your tax rate.

If the base MF is indeed .00002, the markup is adding $38/mo.+tax.

That's a nice discount for a Land Rover.

After back and forth i was able to finally neg and took delivery of a 2018 P380 R dynamics for 1600 at inception includes the frst month payment. and 779 including all taxes fees etx per month. The car had about 500 miles on it. Hops this is a good deal. MSRP was 76091- sale proce 67500

That looks like a very good quote.

But, I'm pretty sure that all JLR leases include GAP. Don't pay extra for that, without checking it out.

The residuals are wrong.
Make sure you are on the same page as far as trim, engine, and model year.
Dealers can markup the money factor, but they can't alter the residual

I have one last update. Dealer offered another color, 10 miles (Brand new car) and same exact spec for 697 a month (includes tax). I just swapped the cars. They also threw in glass/tire/etc protection for 2900 (Free). Sale price was 61K. his was some special promo they were running. So a very happy customer.

Saw there are two $3,000 rebate on autotrader for 2018. Dealer said its for purchade only, but AT mentioned its valid for lease. Any idea if any of those are applicable for lease? Thanks
