We don't know the holdback percentage.
There is $750 lease loyalty, right now, but these programs only run through Thursday.
Loyalty will probably carry over to the next program, but there is no guarantee.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, so you can see what's been added, on top of the selling price.

I think you might be able to do a little better. Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, so you can see what's been added, on top of the selling price.

Good Day, I am in Michigan zip code 48178 and considering lease 2018 CX-9 Touring AWD because I guess the Touring has the best residual value in all trims? 36 months, 12k miles per year. Do you know the latest RV and MF? The number I got from one of the local dealer on 6/30 was 61% and 0.00047, but I went to another dealer today, they quoted a much higher price, only 57% RV on Touring AWD and MF 0.00079 so I am wondering if the RV and MF has been changed dramatically in July? Any incentive in July? Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for the prompt response! No, they said Mazda doesn't do 39 months lease. I guess they just wanted to take advantage of the lower RV & higher MF. I think usually it's a little easlier to negotiate & get the good deal at the month end. Probably the 2nd dealer just wanted to play the game to see if they can sell a higher lease deal cuz it's just first week of July. Two more questions: 1) Do you know if any other trim has a better residual value than Touring? 2) There is a 2017 CX-9 Touring AWD in the first dealer but the sales manager told me the Mazda Capital is no longer lease the 2017 model. It can be only purchased. Do you know if that's true? Thanks in advance.

Dealer cannot alter the residual, but they can mark up the MF as much as .00050 for extra profit.

Touring has the best residual.

No lease programs for the 2017 CX-9.
