If those accessories are on the factory window sticker, then they are part of the residualized cost.

Ask the dealer to re-work the numbers with only first payment and registration costs due at signing.

If you intend to keep the car longer than the lease term, it's better to buy it outright, initially.

FWIW, the .00124 MF works out to 2.9% APR for the lease, so it will be more expensive to borrow the money for the lease, than to buy it.

Then, when the lease is up, you are buying a used car, at whatever interest rate that is.

Can I have the current lease deals for RI, 2018 Civic EX sedan (with/without sensing) 36 months. Can lease money be hidden by the dealer ? After reading many posts it appears there is lease cash out west but not in the northeast, is it random month to month or is it normally regional and the north east does not get it ?
