Looks like $21,406 might be your adjusted CAP. I get $250/mo. with that number. That's pretty close to your $260/mo. How much is Due at Signing? Zero?

The quote is not too surprising.
VA taxes the full price, so about $800-$850 for tax, $595 acq.fee, probably $500 in DMV/dealer fees.
Add all that in, for a CAP cost of $21,400, and the price would be $286/mo.

Of course, you should ask the dealership for the actual numbers added, and the resulting adjusted CAP cost.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - VA taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease, and with $0 down, it will add a bit to the monthly payment. There is also a bank fee and likely a dealer fee in there, as well.

I am still torn between Civic EX ($20725)and Accord LX ($21525). 
True Car quoting me $800 more for Accord LX. 
Does True Car pricing consider $1200 lease Cash to Dealer or not ?  If EX can drop more then I will definitely go with EX. But Accord at $800 more is very tempting. I knew MF are bad for Accord in Feb so might just buy it at low interest rate. I am also trying to get the New Grad discount of $500 and All State discount of $200.

We don't have any information on TrueCar pricing. If you are looking at price quotes, it seems doubtful it would include a lease incentive, though.

"Standard" rates above 60 months..

We don't know what "standard" is, but it's likely 4.9% or more..

However, if the MF goes down, I wouldn't be surprised to see the residual go down, as well.

It was for my sister. She got taken on the last vehicle she purchased. Think I embarrassed her a bit with my blunt and prepared tactics, but that’s what you have to do with these Vultures. They started at 424 a month with 1k down. For a stripped Civic!!! This thing has hub caps for crying out loud. Makes me wonder how many people drive out of these dealers paying almost double for these vehicles than they should have...
