Without knowing the cap cost, we can't really comment

But, 25,000 miles a year is going to cost you

And, we aren't big fans of $3000 up front - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Normally, it's 15,000 miles per year. You'd have to specifically ask for a higher mileage allowance than that.

Sedan, Coupe or Hatchback?

Honda only writes leases for credit scores 610 or higher; not sure if your current lease will change that. A dealer should be able to tell you.

Being a current customer might help, but the money factor could be as high as .00464 for that credit score, making it almost untenable to lease. Unless you have another plan for a car, you might inquire into extending your current lease for six months, if the payment is reasonable.

It's the sum of the items in the right column -first payment, doc fee, other fees (I'd ask about this one).

Actual amount due at signing is $0. That’s why there is a deficiency. That amount is rolled into the CAP cost.

The deal is pretty good.. Pretty good discount, even considering the $800 lease cash, and them adding a $499 dealer fee.

But, you are putting zero upfront, and you've chosen the Civic with one of the highest MSRPs and lowest residual percentage. It's not going to be cheap.

But, why not shop other Honda dealers, and see if someone can beat it?

Thanks for the info. I want the sport touring for all the features. They also are the only dealership with the specific color I want in stock but they don't know that so I am going to get a few more quotes from other dealers to see if they can beat the deal.

They seem like fairly bad deals.

NJ DMV fees
Dealer fees.

If all of that adds up to $2000, then it's about right.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization.
